hiya, i think i am alone in my fermenting foods interest this far north of the uk. but i thought id introduce myself anyway.
my husband shares my interest in brewing traditional country fruit wines but not in my other interests of milk andwater kefir, kombucha, picklings and well everything.Hi Heather,
