Looking to start a fermenter’s community in the north county region of San Diego. I’m in Rancho Penasquitos and have made kombucha, kraut, creme fraiche, viili, beet kvass. Looking for others to share the craft and do exchanges. Reply to posting if interested. Thanks!
I’ve never done any of these before, but would love to learn! I’m particularly interested in Kombucha.
